The custom product order worksheet is simple and easy to use. Just complete the electronic form and submit your drawing following these simple guidelines.
- After you hit submit, a confirmation page will appear with a Unique Custom Quote ID number.
- Please fax a drawing of your product request to 616-735-3844 and include the Unique Custom Quote ID number provided on the confirmation page.
- An email confirmation will be sent to your email address that will include the details of your request and your Unique Custom Quote ID number, For your reference, please keep this confirmation email.
